After roughly a month after our second collaborative classroom with Profesor Robin’s history class, it was time for our very last meeting together. A month, in design terms, is an extensive period for updated work. As always information, ideas, progress, etc. were to be shared among the groups that the students have been placed into. In our final class, we collaborated on a successful category heading and updated each other on our progress with individual work, and finally updated all of the history students with our up-to-date design work.
My group in particular discussed and worked together on developing a category heading that would be placed on the overall category banner inside of the exhibition. We combined aspects of each of our group member’s work, and successfully captured the essence of Merrimack College athletics. After working together, we began to peer review each of our individual essays.
After we throughout discussed our writing, professor Wynn gave the history a comprehensive overview of what we, her design students, have been working on for the previous month. Seeing the work on the large projector was satisfying, but simultaneously highlighted some flaws in our work that needed to be corrected before we submitted our final pieces.
